On a raised deck, we can install a drainage system underneath that channels water off the joists and gives you a dry, usable space below instead of a mud pit. We flash and seal every spot where a post or beam passes through the membrane.
We tear out old decks down to the ledger, haul the lumber away, and leave the yard graded and ready for a new build. If you're removing a deck without replacing it, we cap and flash the ledger line so the siding isn't left exposed.
